ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ ! আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ কে ভয়-শ ্ রদ ্ ধা করো , আর সুদের বাবদ বকেয়া যা আছে তা ছেড়ে দাও , যদি তোমরা ঈমানদার হও ।

believers , have fear of god , and give up what is still due to you from usury , if you are true believers .
ওহে যারা ঈমান এনেছ ! আল ্ লাহ ্ ‌ কে ভয়-শ ্ রদ ্ ধা করো , আর সুদের বাবদ বকেয়া যা আছে তা ছেড়ে দাও , যদি তোমরা ঈমানদার হও ।

they say : ' you to whom the remembrance is sent down , you are indeed mad .
আর তারা বলে -- ''ওহে যার কাছে স্মারকগ্রন্থ অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে! তুমি তো আলবৎ মাথা-পাগলা।

he used to say “you are being abusive to americans because you lost the war!"
সে বলছিল, তোমরা আমেরিকার প্রতি খারাপ আচরণ কর, কারণ তোমরা যুদ্ধে হেরে গেছ!

god asked him , " what is the matter with you , that you are not among those who have prostrated themselves ? "
আল ্ লাহ বললেনঃ হে ইবলিস , তোমার কি হলো যে তুমি সেজদাকারীদের অন ্ তর ্ ভূক ্ ত হতে স ্ বীকৃত হলে না ?

when we exchange a verse for another and allah knows best what he is sending down they say : ' you are but a forger ' no , most of them do not know .
আর যখন আমরা বদল করে আনি একটি আয়াত অন ্ য আয়াতের স ্ থলে , আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ভাল জানেন যা তিনি অবতারণ করছেন , তারা বলে -- ''নিঃসন্দেহ তুমি একজন জালিয়াত।’’ কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই জানে না।

we know what they want to hear when they listen to you . they whisper to each other and say , " you are only following a bewitched person " .
আমরা ভাল জানি যখন তারা এটি শুনতে যায় তখন তারা তোমার প ্ রতি শোনে , আর যখন তারা সলাপরামর ্ শ করে , দেখো ! অন ্ যায়কারীরা বলে -- ''তোমরা তো শুধু এক জাদুগ্রস্ত লোককে অনুসরণ করছ।’’

we know best what those who deny the truth say . you are not there to force them : so remind , with this quran , those who fear my warning .
ওরা যা বলে আমরা তা ভাল জানি , আর তুমি তাদের উপরে জবরদস ্ তি করার লোক নও । অতএব তুমি কুরআন নিয়ে স ্ মরণ করিয়ে চলো তার প ্ রতি যে আমার প ্ রতি ‌ শ ্ রুতিকে ভয় করে ।

[ allah ] said , o iblees , what is [ the matter ] with you that you are not with those who prostrate ? "
আল ্ লাহ বললেনঃ হে ইবলিস , তোমার কি হলো যে তুমি সেজদাকারীদের অন ্ তর ্ ভূক ্ ত হতে স ্ বীকৃত হলে না ?

say : ' you are promised a day . you can neither hold it back , nor can you hasten it by a single hour '
তুমি বলো -- ''তোমাদের জন্য একটি দিনের মেয়াদ ধার্য রয়েছে যা থেকে তোমরা এক ঘড়ির জন্যেও পিছিয়ে থাকতে পারবে না, আর এগিয়েও আসতে পারবে না!’’

when we substitute one revelation for another , and god knows best what he reveals , they say , " you are but a fabricator . " indeed , most of them have no knowledge .
আর যখন আমরা বদল করে আনি একটি আয়াত অন ্ য আয়াতের স ্ থলে , আর আল ্ লাহ ্ ভাল জানেন যা তিনি অবতারণ করছেন , তারা বলে -- ''নিঃসন্দেহ তুমি একজন জালিয়াত।’’ কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই জানে না।

and they will cry , “ o malek , let your lord finish us off . ” he will say , “ you are staying . ”
আর তারা ডেকে বলবে -- ''হে মালিক! তোমার প্রভু আমাদের নিঃশেষ করে ফেলুন।’’ সে বলবে -- ''তোমরা নিশ্চয় অপেক্ষা করবে।’’

in this koran we have set forth for mankind all manner of examples . yet if you bring to them a sign the unbelievers will surely say : ' you are but falsifiers '
আমি এই কোরআনে মানুষের জন ্ য সর ্ বপ ্ রকার দৃষ ্ টান ্ ত বর ্ ণনা করেছি । আপনি যদি তাদের কাছে কোন নিদর ্ শন উপস ্ থিত করেন , তবে কাফেররা অবশ ্ যই বলবে , তোমরা সবাই মিথ ্ যাপন ্ থী ।

we know very well how they listen when they listen to thee , and when they conspire , when the evildoers say , ' you are only following a man bewitched ! '
আমরা ভাল জানি যখন তারা এটি শুনতে যায় তখন তারা তোমার প ্ রতি শোনে , আর যখন তারা সলাপরামর ্ শ করে , দেখো ! অন ্ যায়কারীরা বলে -- ''তোমরা তো শুধু এক জাদুগ্রস্ত লোককে অনুসরণ করছ।’’
