multivalve, including the following accessories:
mehrfachventil mit folgenden ausrüstungsteilen:

hydraulically controlled valve drive for a multivalve cylinder head
hydraulisch geregelte, zwangsgesteuerte ventilhubbetätigung für einen mehrventilzylinderkopf

the multivalve evo can therefore be installed without any difficulty.

you are in: vn3000 multivalve 1/2" and 3/4"
sie befinden sich im bereich: vn3000 multivalve ½” - ¾” mehrzweckkugelhahn

the attachment points of the multivalve evo are identical to those of the previous version.

multivalve evo is suitable for all r 20 and r 40 rotor spinning machines without robofeed.

the retrofit multivalve evo is available for rieter r 20 rotor spinning machines without robofeed.

reciprocating piston internal-combustion engine with an overhead camshaft in a multivalve cylinder head.
hubkolben-brennkraftmaschine mit obenliegenden steuerwellen in einem mehrventil-zylinderkopf.

the new multivalve evo is based on the linear displacement of a piston through a pneumatic cylinder with low susceptibility to yarn residues being trapped in this zone.

a separate controller is used to actuate the valves so that the retrofit of the new multivalve evo can be integrated in the existing control system without software modifications.

furthermore, ingenious developments such as multivalve technology and constant throttle could not have been incorporated into the 300 series, and even the production machinery itself was getting old.

vn3000 multivalve: it looks like a simple ball valve with a strainer, but it includes much more and, above all, it resolves your assembling problems.

the major advantage of the multivalve evo retrofit is the total elimination of blockages in the multivalve and the prevention of trailing threads on the rotor spinning machine's extraction channel, which can have a disturbing influence on winding and the spinning start-up process.
