[who is] possessed of power and with the owner of the throne, secure [in position],
mwenye nguvu na mwenye cheo kwa huyo mwenye kiti cha enzi,

gracious is allah to his servants: he gives sustenance to whom he pleases: and he has power and can carry out his will.
