[it is] as bounty from allah and favor. and allah is knowing and wise.
(இது) அல்லாஹ்விடமிருந்துள்ள அனுக்கிரமும், அருள்கொடையினாலுமேயாகும், மேலும் அல்லாஹ் நன்கறிந்தவன்; ஞானம் மிக்கோன்.

and the likeness of a corrupt word is as a corrupt tree -- uprooted from the earth, having no stablishment.
(இணை வைப்போரின்) கெட்ட வாக்கியத்திற்கு உதாரணம் கெட்ட மரமாகும்; பூமியின் மேல் பாகத்திலிருந்தும் (அதன் வேர்) பிடுங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும்; அதற்கு நிலைத்து நற்கும் தன்மையுமில்லை.

and the similitude of the foul word is as a foul tree, uprooted from upon the earth, and there is for it no stability.
(இணை வைப்போரின்) கெட்ட வாக்கியத்திற்கு உதாரணம் கெட்ட மரமாகும்; பூமியின் மேல் பாகத்திலிருந்தும் (அதன் வேர்) பிடுங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும்; அதற்கு நிலைத்து நற்கும் தன்மையுமில்லை.

and the parable of an evil word is as an evil tree pulled up from the earth's surface; it has no stability.
(இணை வைப்போரின்) கெட்ட வாக்கியத்திற்கு உதாரணம் கெட்ட மரமாகும்; பூமியின் மேல் பாகத்திலிருந்தும் (அதன் வேர்) பிடுங்கப்பட்டிருக்கும்; அதற்கு நிலைத்து நற்கும் தன்மையுமில்லை.

and vie with one another, hastening to forgiveness from your lord, and to a garden whose breadth is as the heavens and earth, prepared for the godfearing
இன்னும் நீங்கள் உங்கள் இறைவனின் மன்னிப்பைப் பெறுவதற்கும், சுவனபதியின் பக்கமும் விரைந்து செல்லுங்கள்;. அதன் (சுவனபதியின்) அகலம் வானங்கள், பூமியைப் போலுள்ளது. அது பயபக்தியுடையோருக்காகவே தயார் செய்து வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

and they ask thee to hasten on the torment, whereas allah shall not fail his promise. and verily a day with thy lord is as a thousand years of that which ye compute.
(நபியே! இன்னும் வரவில்லையே என்று) வேதனையை அவர்கள் அவசரமாக தேடுகிறார்கள்; அல்லாஹ் தன் வாக்குறுதிக்கு மாறு செய்வதேயில்லை மேலும் உம்முடைய இறைவனிடம் ஒரு நாள் என்பது, நீங்கள் கணக்கிடுகிற ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளைப் போலாகும்.

and they ask you to hasten on the torment! and allah fails not his promise. and verily, a day with your lord is as a thousand years of what you reckon.
(நபியே! இன்னும் வரவில்லையே என்று) வேதனையை அவர்கள் அவசரமாக தேடுகிறார்கள்; அல்லாஹ் தன் வாக்குறுதிக்கு மாறு செய்வதேயில்லை மேலும் உம்முடைய இறைவனிடம் ஒரு நாள் என்பது, நீங்கள் கணக்கிடுகிற ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகளைப் போலாகும்.
