what is the point of that mig-29 junk in peru. they're just window-dressing because they have no way to make them fly and i doubt they're in any condition to fly just like chile with their f-16s. what those countries want to do is a psychological war, buying tons of junk when in reality they don't have the $$$ to make them fly or for repairs.
