mae i’r gwaith ers 2008 ddwy elfen:
since 2008 there are two elements to the work.

there are four main elements to the work as noted below:

we believe that there is a need to give early attention to the work of monitoring and spot checking the operation of the scheme.

mae risg felly na fydd sail yn cael ei osod i’r gwaith o gynllunio gweithlu dwyieithog ar gyfer y dyfodol.
therefore there is a risk that a foundation for the work of planning a bilingual workforce for the future will not be put in place.

mae cyfarfodydd cyd-drefnyddion yn greiddiol i’r gwaith o fonitro’r cynllun ac mae’r trafodaethau yn adeiladol.
co-ordinators’ meetings are central to the work of monitoring the scheme and the discussions are constructive.

the twelve members (who include various employers) meet every two months, and allocate two days a month to the work.

despite this, we are concerned that there is no strategic clarity to this work, and that this section, which “describes activity in the field” reflects that.
