(1) nach abschluss der veterinärkontrollen gemäß artikel 4 der richtlinie 91/496/ewg ist unter der verantwortung des zuständigen amtlichen tierarztes der grenzkontrollstelle teil 2 des gvde auszufuellen und von diesem oder von einem seiner verantwortung unterstehenden amtlichen tierarzt zu unterzeichnen.
