(நம் தூதர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரிடத்திலும்;) "தூதர்களே! நல்ல பொருள்களிலிருந்தே நீங்கள் உண்ணுங்கள்; (ஸாலிஹான) நல்லமல்களை செய்யுங்கள்; நிச்சயமாக நீங்கள் செய்பவற்றை நான் நன்கு அறிபவன் (என்றும்)

o believers, fear god. let every soul consider what it has forwarded for the morrow. and fear god; god is aware of the things you do.
ஈமான் கொணடவர்களே! அல்லாஹ்வுக்கு அஞ்சி நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள், மேலும், ஒவ்வொருவரும் (மறுமை) நாளுக்காக தான் முற்படுத்தி வைத்திருப்பதைப் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளட்டும், இன்னும், நீங்கள் அல்லாஹ்வை அஞ்சி நடந்து கொள்ளுங்கள், நீங்கள் செய்பவற்றை, நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் நன்கறிந்தவன்.

ஆகவே (நபியே!) நீர் எங்கிருந்து புறப்பட்டாலும் (தொழுகையின் போது) உம் முகத்தைப் புனிதப் பள்ளிவாயிலின் பக்கமே திருப்பிக்கொள்வீராக. நிச்சயமாக இதுதான் உம் இறைவனிடமிருந்து வந்த உண்மை-அல்லாஹ் நீங்கள் செய்பவை பற்றிப் பராமுகமாக இல்லை.

say: 'people of the book, why do you disbelieve in the signs of god? surely god is witness of the things you do.'
"வேதத்தையுடையோரே! அல்லாஹ்வின் ஆயத்கள் (என்னும் அத்தாட்சிகளையும், வசனங்களையும்) ஏன் நிராகரிக்கின்றீர்கள்? அல்லாஹ்வே நீங்கள் செய்யும் (அனைத்துச்) செயல்களையும் நோட்டமிட்டுப் பார்ப்பவனாக இருக்கிறானே!" என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.

and you will see the mountains which you think to be firm pass by like clouds. (such is the) making of allah, who has created everything well. he is aware of the things you do.
இன்னும் நீர் மலைகளைப் பார்த்து அவை மிகவும் உறுதியாக இருப்பதாக எண்ணுகிறீர்; (எனினும் அந்நாளில்) அவை மேகங்களைப் போல் பறந்தோடும்; ஒவ்வொரு பொருளையும் உறுதியாக்கிய அல்லாஹ்வின் செயல்திறனாலேயே (அவ்வாறு நிகழும்.) நிச்சயமாக, அவன் நீங்கள் செய்வதை நன்கு அறிபவன்.

to allah belongs the unseen in the heavens and in the earth; to him the matter, in its entirety, shall be returned. worship him, and put your trust in him. your lord is not inattentive of the things you do.
வானங்களிலும், பூமியிலும் உள்ள மறைபொருள்கள் (இரகசியங்கள் பற்றிய ஞானம்) அல்லாஹ்வுக்கே உரியது; அவனிடமே எல்லாக் கருமங்களும் (முடிவு காண) மீளும். ஆகவே அவனையே வணங்குங்கள்; அவன் மீதே (பாரஞ்சாட்டி) உறுதியான நம்பிக்கை வையுங்கள் - நீங்கள் செய்பவை குறித்து உம் இறைவன் பராமுகமாக இல்லை.

and thou shalt see the mountains, that thou supposest fixed, passing by like clouds -- god's handiwork, who has created everything very well. he is aware of the things you do.
இன்னும் நீர் மலைகளைப் பார்த்து அவை மிகவும் உறுதியாக இருப்பதாக எண்ணுகிறீர்; (எனினும் அந்நாளில்) அவை மேகங்களைப் போல் பறந்தோடும்; ஒவ்வொரு பொருளையும் உறுதியாக்கிய அல்லாஹ்வின் செயல்திறனாலேயே (அவ்வாறு நிகழும்.) நிச்சயமாக, அவன் நீங்கள் செய்வதை நன்கு அறிபவன்.

say: 'people of the book, why do you bar from god's way the believer, desiring to make it crooked, yourselves being witnesses? god is not heedless of the things you do.'
"வேதத்தையுடையோரே! நம்பிக்கை கொண்டவர்களை அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையிலிருந்து ஏன் தடுக்கிறீர்கள்? (அல்லாஹ்வின் ஒப்பந்தத்திற்கு) நீங்களே சாட்சியாக இருந்து கொண்டு அதைக் கோணலாக்க எண்ணுகிறீர்களா? இன்னும் அல்லாஹ் நீங்கள் செய்பவை பற்றிப் பராமுகமாக இல்லை" என்றும் (நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.

and those of you who die, leaving wives, they shall wait by themselves for four months and ten nights; when they have reached their term then it is no fault in you what they may do with themselves honourably. god is aware of the things you do.
உங்களில் எவரேனும் மனைவியரை விட்டு மரணித்தால் அம்மனைவியர் நான்கு மாதம் பத்து நாள் பொறுத்திருக்க வேண்டும்;.
