( muhammad ) , have we not comforted your heart ,
ልብህን ለአንተ አላሰፋንልህምን ? ( አስፍተንልሃል ) ፡ ፡

blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
የሚያዝኑ ብፁዓን ናቸው፥ መፅናናትን ያገኛሉና።

and they brought the young man alive, and were not a little comforted.
ብላቴናውንም ደኅና ሆኖ ወሰዱት እጅግም ተጽናኑ።

for ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
ሁሉም እንዲማሩ ሁሉም እንዲመከሩ ሁላችሁ በእያንዳንዳችሁ ትንቢት ልትናገሩ ትችላላችሁ።

that is, that i may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
ይህንም ማለቴ በመካከላችን ባለች በእናንተና በእኔ እምነት አብረን በእናንተ እንድንጽናና ነው።

therefore, brethren, we were comforted over you in all our affliction and distress by your faith:
ስለዚህ፥ ወንድሞች ሆይ፥ በእምነታችሁ በኩል በችግራችንና በመከራችን ሁሉ ስለ እናንተ ተጽናናን፤

as ye know how we exhorted and comforted and charged every one of you, as a father doth his children,
ወደ መንግሥቱ ወደ ክብሩም ለጠራችሁ ለእግዚአብሔር እንደሚገባ ትመላለሱ ዘንድ እየመከርንና እያጸናን እየመሰከርንላችሁም፥ አባት ለልጆቹ እንደሚሆን ለእያንዳንዳችሁ እንደ ሆንን ታውቃላችሁና።

and the faithful ones whose hearts are comforted by the remembrance of god . remembrance of god certainly brings comfort to all hearts .
( እነሱም ) እነዚያ ያመኑ ልቦቻቸውም አላህን በማውሳት የሚረኩ ናቸው ፡ ፡ ንቁ ! አላህን በማውሳት ልቦች ይረካሉ ፡ ፡

and god ordained this only as good news for you so that your hearts might be comforted , help comes only from god , the powerful , the wise one ,
አላህም ( እርዳታውን ) ለእናንተ ብስራትና ልቦቻችሁ በእርሱ እንዲረኩ እንጂ አላደረገውም ፡ ፡ ድልም መንሳት አሸናፊ ጥበበኛ ከኾነው አላህ ዘንድ እንጅ ከሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

so we restored him to his mother that she might be comforted and not grieve , and that she might know that the promise of allah is true . but most of them know not .
ወደእናቱም ዓይንዋ እንድትረጋ ፣ እንዳታዝንም ፣ የአላህም የተስፋ ቃል እርግጥ መሆኑን እንድታውቅ መለስነው ፡ ፡ ግን አብዛኞቻቸው አያውቁም ፡ ፡

allah did not make this to be except as glad tidings for you , so that your hearts might be comforted . victory comes only from allah , the mighty , the wise .
አላህም ( እርዳታውን ) ለእናንተ ብስራትና ልቦቻችሁ በእርሱ እንዲረኩ እንጂ አላደረገውም ፡ ፡ ድልም መንሳት አሸናፊ ጥበበኛ ከኾነው አላህ ዘንድ እንጅ ከሌላ አይደለም ፡ ፡

so , we restored him to his mother , so that she might be comforted and not sorrow , and that she might know that the promise of allah is true . yet most of them do not know .
ወደእናቱም ዓይንዋ እንድትረጋ ፣ እንዳታዝንም ፣ የአላህም የተስፋ ቃል እርግጥ መሆኑን እንድታውቅ መለስነው ፡ ፡ ግን አብዛኞቻቸው አያውቁም ፡ ፡

but abraham said, son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
አብርሃም ግን። ልጄ ሆይ፥ አንተ በሕይወትህ ሳለህ መልካም እንደ ተቀበልህ አስብ አልዓዛርም እንዲሁ ክፉ፤ አሁን ግን እርሱ በዚህ ይጽናናል አንተም ትሣቀያለህ።

if you seek any you have put aside there is no fault in you . so that it is likelier they will be comforted , and not sorrow , and every one of them will be pleased , and all are pleased with what you give them .
ከእነርሱ የምትሻትን ታቆያለህ ፡ ፡ የምትሻውንም ወደ አንተ ታስጠጋለህ ፡ ፡ ( በመፍታት ) ከአራቅሃትም የፈለግሃትን ( በመመለስ ብታስጠጋ ) በአንተ ላይ ኀጢአት የለብህም ፡ ፡ ይህ ዓይኖቻቸው ወደ መርጋት ፣ ወደ አለማዘናቸውም ፣ ለሁሉም በሰጠሃቸው ነገር ወደ መውደዳቸውም በጣም የቀረበ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም በልቦቻችሁ ውስጥ ያለውን ሁሉ ያውቃል ፡ ፡ አላህም ዐዋቂ ታጋሽ ነው ፡ ፡

should you desire any of those you had deferred , there is no blame on you . this is more proper , so that they will be comforted , and not be grieved , and be content with what you have given each one of them .
ከእነርሱ የምትሻትን ታቆያለህ ፡ ፡ የምትሻውንም ወደ አንተ ታስጠጋለህ ፡ ፡ ( በመፍታት ) ከአራቅሃትም የፈለግሃትን ( በመመለስ ብታስጠጋ ) በአንተ ላይ ኀጢአት የለብህም ፡ ፡ ይህ ዓይኖቻቸው ወደ መርጋት ፣ ወደ አለማዘናቸውም ፣ ለሁሉም በሰጠሃቸው ነገር ወደ መውደዳቸውም በጣም የቀረበ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህም በልቦቻችሁ ውስጥ ያለውን ሁሉ ያውቃል ፡ ፡ አላህም ዐዋቂ ታጋሽ ነው ፡ ፡

eat , drink , and be comforted . then if you see any human , say , ‘ ‘ indeed i have vowed a fast to the all-beneficent , so i will not speak to any human today . ’ ’ ’
« ብይም ፣ ጠጭም ፣ ተደሰችም ፡ ፡ እኔ ለአልረሕማን ዝምታን ተስያለሁ ፤ ዛሬም ሰውን በፍጹም አላነጋግርም » በይ ፡ ፡
