and hezekiah prayed unto the lord, saying,

then said isaiah to hezekiah, hear the word of the lord of hosts:

and the sons of neariah; elioenai, and hezekiah, and azrikam, three.

the writing of hezekiah king of judah, when he had been sick, and was recovered of his sickness:
ang sinulat ni ezechias hari sa juda, sa diha nga siya nagmasakiton ug sa pagkaayo sa iyang balatian.

and for this cause hezekiah the king, and the prophet isaiah the son of amoz, prayed and cried to heaven.
ug si ezechias nga hari, ug si isaias nga manalagna anak nga lalake ni amos, nag-ampo mahitungod niini, ug mingtuaw ngadto sa langit.

now it came to pass in the third year of hoshea son of elah king of israel, that hezekiah the son of ahaz king of judah began to reign.
karon nahitabo sa ikatolo ka tuig ni oseas nga anak nga lalake ni ela, hari sa israel, nga si ezechias ang anak nga lalake ni achaz, hari sa juda, nagsugod sa paghari.

in those days hezekiah was sick to the death, and prayed unto the lord: and he spake unto him, and he gave him a sign.

now it came to pass in the fourteenth year of king hezekiah, that sennacherib king of assyria came up against all the defenced cities of judah, and took them.

and it came to pass, when king hezekiah heard it, that he rent his clothes, and covered himself with sackcloth, and went into the house of the lord.

and it came to pass in the fourth year of king hezekiah, which was the seventh year of hoshea son of elah king of israel, that shalmaneser king of assyria came up against samaria, and besieged it.
ug nahitabo sa ikaupat ka tuig sa paghari ni ezechias, nga mao ang ikapito ka tuig ni oseas ang anak nga lalake ni ela nga hari sa israel, nga si salmanasar nga hari sa asiria mitungas batok sa samaria, ug gilibutan kini.

for he built again the high places which hezekiah his father had broken down, and he reared up altars for baalim, and made groves, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them.

and he said, what have they seen in thine house? and hezekiah answered, all the things that are in mine house have they seen: there is nothing among my treasures that i have not shewed them.
ug siya miingon: unsay nakita nila sa imong balay? ug si ezechias mitubag: ang tanan nga ania sa akong balay ilang nakita: walay butang sa akong bahandi nga wala nako ipakita kanila.

then hezekiah answered and said, now ye have consecrated yourselves unto the lord, come near and bring sacrifices and thank offerings into the house of the lord. and the congregation brought in sacrifices and thank offerings; and as many as were of a free heart burnt offerings.
