so taste the chastisement on account of your forgetting the encounter of this day.
Ба ҷазои он, ки дидори чунин рӯзеро фаромӯш карда будед, акнун бичашед.

those who go astray from the way of god will suffer severe torment for forgetting the day of reckoning.
Онон, ки аз роҳи Худо каҷрав шаванд, ба он сабаб, ки рӯзи ҳисобро аз ёд бурдаанд, ба азобе сахт гирифтор мешаванд.

he said, ‘do not take me to task for my forgetting, and do not be hard upon me.’
Гуфт: «Агар фаромӯш кардаам, маро бозхост макун ва ба ин андоза бар ман сахт магир».

he said, “do not rebuke me for forgetting, and do not make my course difficult for me.”
Гуфт: «Агар фаромӯш кардаам, маро бозхост макун ва ба ин андоза бар ман сахт магир».

moses said: "rebuke me not for forgetting, nor grieve me by raising difficulties in my case."
Гуфт: «Агар фаромӯш кардаам, маро бозхост макун ва ба ин андоза бар ман сахт магир».

said moosa, “do not apprehend me upon my forgetting, and do not impose difficulty on me in my task.”
Гуфт: «Агар фаромӯш кардаам, маро бозхост макун ва ба ин андоза бар ман сахт магир».

indeed there is a severe punishment for those who stray from the way of allah, because of their forgetting the day of reckoning.’
Онон, ки аз роҳи Худо каҷрав шаванд, ба он сабаб, ки рӯзи ҳисобро аз ёд бурдаанд, ба азобе сахт гирифтор мешаванд.

producing arguments against us, and forgetting his own creation. he asks, "who can give life back to bones after they have rotted away?"
Дар ҳоле, ки офариниши худро аз ёд бурдааст, барои мо мисол меорад, ки чӣ касе ин устухонҳои пусидаро зинда мекунад?

and he invents an example for us, while forgetting his own creation, saying, “who is such that can revive the bones when they have completely rotted away?”
Дар ҳоле, ки офариниши худро аз ёд бурдааст, барои мо мисол меорад, ки чӣ касе ин устухонҳои пусидаро зинда мекунад?

and he walked into his garden, and, (forgetting) his limit, said: "i cannot imagine that this will ever be ruined,
Ва он мард ситам бар хештан карда ба боғи худ даромад ва гуфт: «Напиндорам, ки ин бор ҳаргиз аз миён биравад.

“therefore taste the recompense of your forgetting the confronting of this day of yours; we have abandoned you – now taste the everlasting punishment, the recompense of your deeds!”
Ба ҷазои он, ки дидори чунин рӯзеро фаромӯш карда будед, акнун бичашед. Мо низ шуморо аз ёд бурдаем.

and who does more wrong than he who is reminded of the ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of his lord, but turns away from them forgetting what (deeds) his hands have sent forth.
Кист ситамкортар аз он, ки оёти Парвардигорашро барояш бихонанд ва ӯ рӯй гардонад ва корҳое, ки аз пеш карда, фаромӯш кунад?
