hinumduman mo ang adlaw nga igpapahulay, aron sa pagbalaan niini.
remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

ayaw pagtinguha sa kadautan batok sa imong isigkatawo, sa makita mo nga siya nagapuyo sa kasigurohan tupad kanimo.
devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.

gihigugma mo ang tanang mga pulong nga makamatay, oh dila nga malimbongon.
thou lovest all devouring words, o thou deceitful tongue.

ikaw nagpalong sa iyang kasiga, ug gipukan mo ang iyang trono sa yuta.
thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.

dugangan mo ang akong pagkadaku, ug lingia pag-usab ug lipaya ako.
thou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.

dayega si jehova, oh jerusalem; dayegon mo ang imong dios, oh sion.
praise the lord, o jerusalem; praise thy god, o zion.

bisan pa niana, ako ania gihapon uban kanimo: gikuptan mo ang too ko nga kamot.
nevertheless i am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand.

ayaw itipon ang kalag ko sa mga makasasala, ni itipon mo ang kinabuhi ko sa mga tawo sa dugo;
gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:

anak ko, kong dawaton mo ang akong mga pulong, ug tigumon mo ang akong mga sugo diha kanimo;
my son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee;

ginapalinog mo ang yuta; ginagisi mo kini: ayoha ang mga nangatumpag niini; kay nagakurog siya.
thou hast made the earth to tremble; thou hast broken it: heal the breaches thereof; for it shaketh.

dili ka magpalabi pagpakamatarung; ni magpalabi ikaw pagpakamanggialamon: ngano man nga laglagon mo ang imong kaugalingon?
be not righteous over much; neither make thyself over wise: why shouldest thou destroy thyself?

awaya, oh jehova, ang mga nagapakig-away batok kanako: gubaton mo ang mga nakiggubat batok kanako.
plead my cause, o lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.

hinumduman mo ang tanan mong mga halad, ug dawaton ang imong halad-nga-sinunog; (selah
remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; selah.

maghulat ka kang jehova: magmalig-on ka, ug paisugon mo ang imong kasingkasing; oo, maghulat ka kang jehova.
wait on the lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, i say, on the lord.
