المادة ٤ - رفع الحجز
article 4 — release from arrest

)ج( إذا رفع الحجز عن السفينة أو أفرج عن الضمان الذي سبق تقديمه؛
(c) the ship arrested or the security previously given was released either:

(ج) إذا رفع الحجز عن السفينة المحجوزة أو أفرج عن الضمان السابق تقديمه:
(c) the ship arrested or the security previously provided was released either:

''ويطلب المجلس رفع الحجز عن السفن وإخلاء سبيل المدنيين الذين تحتجزهم إسرائيل على الفور.

وأُشير أيضاً إلى أن المسائل المتعلقة بكفاية الضمان لغرض رفع الحجز عن السفن قد تناولتها أحكام المادة ٤.

وفي هذا الصدد، فإن الفقرة ١ من المادة ٥ من اتفاقية الحجز لعام ٢٥٩١ تستبعد صراحةً عمليات الحجز المتصلة بمثل هذه المنازعات من تطبيق رفع الحجز لقاء تقديم ضمانة.
in this connection, paragraph 1 of article 5 of 1952 arrest convention clearly excludes the arrests in respect of such disputes from the application of release by security.
