各 樣 的 惡 事 要 禁 戒 不 作
abstain from all appearance of evil.

耶 穌 就 禁 戒 他 們 、 不 要 告 訴 人
and he charged them that they should tell no man of him.

不 聽 我 的 勸 戒 、 藐 視 我 一 切 的 責 備
they would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.

反 輕 棄 我 一 切 的 勸 戒 、 不 肯 受 我 的 責 備
but ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:

且 事 奉 偶 像 、 就 是 耶 和 華 警 戒 他 們 不 可 行 的
for they served idols, whereof the lord had said unto them, ye shall not do this thing.

況 且 你 的 僕 人 因 此 受 警 戒 、 守 著 這 些 便 有 大 賞
moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

分 門 結 黨 的 人 、 警 戒 過 一 兩 次 、 就 要 棄 絕 他
a man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;

我 必 稱 頌 那 指 教 我 的 耶 和 華 ． 我 的 心 腸 在 夜 間 也 警 戒 我
i will bless the lord, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons.

我 要 教 導 你 、 指 示 你 當 行 的 路 ． 我 要 定 睛 在 你 身 上 勸 戒 你
i will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: i will guide thee with mine eye.

用 溫 柔 勸 戒 那 抵 擋 的 人 ． 或 者 神 給 他 們 悔 改 的 心 、 可 以 明 白 真 道
in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if god peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

以 色 列 王 差 人 去 窺 探 神 人 所 告 訴 所 警 戒 他 去 的 地 方 、 就 防 備 未 受 其 害 、 不 止 一 兩 次
and the king of israel sent to the place which the man of god told him and warned him of, and saved himself there, not once nor twice.

你 們 作 父 親 的 、 不 要 惹 兒 女 的 氣 、 只 要 照 著 主 的 教 訓 和 警 戒 、 養 育 他 們
and, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the lord.
