آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ کیا تم خدا کو اپنا دین سکھارہے ہو جب کہ وہ آسمان اور زمین کی ہر شے سے باخبر ہے اور وہ کائنات کی ہر چیز کا جاننے والا ہے

اس کے بعد جب قاصد سلیمان کے پاس آیا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ تم اپنے مال سے میری امداد کرنا چاہتے ہو جب کہ جو کچھ خدا نے مجھے دیا ہے وہ تمہارے مال سے کہیں زیادہ بہتر ہے جاؤ تم خود ہی اپنے ہدیہ سے خوش رہو

say: 'what would you think if allah should make the day unceasing over you till the day of resurrection, what god, other than allah, shall bring you the night to sleep in. will you not see'
اور کہئے کہ اگر وہ دن کو قیامت تک کے لئے دائمی بنادے تو اس کے علاوہ کون معبود ہے - جوتمہارے لئے وہ رات لے آئے گا جس میں سکون حاصل کرسکو کیا تم دیکھتے نہیں ہو

say: 'what would you see if allah took away your hearing and your sight, and set a seal upon your hearts, who is a god, other than allah, to bring it back to you' look how we make plain to them our verses, and yet they turn away.
(ان سے) فرما دیجئے کہ تم یہ تو بتاؤ اگر اﷲ تمہاری سماعت اور تمہاری آنکھیں لے لے اور تمہارے دلوں پر مُہر لگا دے (تو) اﷲ کے سوا کون معبود ایسا ہے جو یہ (نعمتیں دوبارہ) تمہارے پاس لے آئے؟ دیکھئے ہم کس طرح گونا گوں آیتیں بیان کرتے ہیں پھر(بھی) وہ روگردانی کئے جاتے ہیں،

and when we said to the angels: make obeisance to adam; they made obeisance but iblis (did it not). he was of the jinn, so he transgressed the commandment of his lord. what! would you then take him and his offspring for friends rather than me, and they are your enemies? evil is (this) change for the unjust.
اور (وہ وقت یاد کرو) جب ہم نے فرشتوں سے کہا کہ آدم کے سامنے سجدہ ریز ہو جاؤ۔ تو سب نے سجدہ کیا سوائے ابلیس کے وہ جنات میں سے تھا۔ اس نے اپنے پروردگار کے حکم کی سرتابی کی۔ کیا تم (اے منکرینِ حق) مجھے چھوڑ کر اس کو اور اس کی اولاد کو اپنا سرپرست و کارساز بناتے ہو؟ حالانکہ وہ تمہارا دشمن ہے۔ ظالموں کیلئے کیا ہی برا بدل ہے۔
