Чун сурае аз муҳқамот нозил шавад, ки дар оя сухан аз ҷанг рафта бошад, ононро, ки дар дилашон маразе ҳаст, бинӣ, ки чун касе, ки беҳушии марг бар ӯ ғолиб шуда, ба ту менигаранд.

and for every nation there is a messenger. and when their messenger cometh (on the day of judgment) it will be judged between them fairly, and they will not be wronged.
Ҳар умматеро паёмбаре буд ва чун паёмбарашон биёмад, корҳо миёнашон ба адолат ҳал шуданд ва мавриди ситам воқеъ нашуданд.

allah will not speak to them on the day of resurrection, nor will he regard them as pure; "a there is a painful torment for them.

verily, in this (the quran) there is a plain message for people who worship allah (i.e. the true, real believers of islamic monotheism who act practically on the quran and the sunnah legal ways of the prophet saw).

and this noble qur’an is not such that anyone can invent it, without allah revealing it – but it surely is a confirmation of the books preceding it and is an explanation of all that is written on the (preserved) tablet – there is no doubt in it – it is from the lord of the creation.
