is it not in order for committee members to table questions on matters that relate to those committees ? is it not the case that recently we have heard committee chairs complaining that certain committee members have not been seen at those committees ? would the presiding officer not agree that it is better for members to be out and about tackling proper issues that affect real people and that relate to those committees , rather than sitting around yapping and achieving nothing ?
