ایسے لوگ یقیناً کافر ہیں اور ہم نے کافرو ں کے واسطے ذلت کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے

the unbelievers must not think that the respite we give them augurs well. we do so that they sink deeper into sin, and suffer an ignominious doom.
اور خبردار یہ کفاّر یہ نہ سمجھیں کہ ہم جس قدر راحت و آرام دے رہے ہیں وہ ان کے حق میں کوئی بھلائی ہے- ہم تو صرف اس لئے دے رہے ہیں کہ جتنا گناہ کرسکیں کرلیں ورنہ ان کے لئے رسوا کن عذاب ہے

they have taken their oaths as a shield, and they have hindered others from the way of allah; wherefore theirs shall be a torment ignominious.
ان لوگوں نے تو اپنی قسموں کو ڈھال بنا رکھا ہے اور لوگوں کو اللہ کی راه سے روکتے ہیں ان کے لیے رسوا کرنے واﻻ عذاب ہے

verily those who annoy allah and his apostle, --allah hath cursed them in the world and the hereafter, and hath gotten ready for them a torment ignominious.
بیشک جو ایذا دیتے ہیں اللہ اور اس کے رسول کو ان پر اللہ کی لعنت ہے دنیا اور آخرت میں اور اللہ نے ان کے لیے ذلت کا عذاب تیار کر رکھا ہے

and let not those who disbelieve deem that we respite them for their good: we respite them only that they may increase in sin; and theirs shall be a torment ignominious.
اور خبردار یہ کفاّر یہ نہ سمجھیں کہ ہم جس قدر راحت و آرام دے رہے ہیں وہ ان کے حق میں کوئی بھلائی ہے- ہم تو صرف اس لئے دے رہے ہیں کہ جتنا گناہ کرسکیں کرلیں ورنہ ان کے لئے رسوا کن عذاب ہے

verily those who oppose allah and his apostle shall be abased even as those before them were abased; and of a surety we have sent down manifest signs. and for the infidels will be a torment ignominious.
بیشک جو لوگ اللہ اور اس کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے عداوت رکھتے ہیں وہ اسی طرح ذلیل کئے جائیں گے جس طرح اُن سے پہلے لوگ ذلیل کئے جاچکے ہیں اور بیشک ہم نے واضح آیتیں نازل فرما دی ہیں، اور کافروں کے لئے ذِلت انگیز عذاب ہے،

and of mankind is one who purchaseth an idle discourse, that he may mislead from allah's way without knowledge, and taketh it by way of mockery. these! for them shall be a torment ignominious.
اور انسانوں میں سے کوئی ایسا بھی ہوتا ہے جو اللہ سے غافل کر دینے والا بے ہودہ کلام خریدتا ہے تاکہ بغیر سوچے سمجھے لوگوں کو خدا کی راہ سے بھٹکائے اور اس (راہ یا آیتوں) کا مذاق اڑائے۔ ایسے لوگوں کیلئے رسوا کرنے والا عذاب ہے۔
