a medida que fui leyendo éste artículo, me sentí más fuerte, más poderoso para ‘parar mi mente’ y me motivé a mí mismo a ‘ya no seguir participando en la mente’ porque las palabras que estuve leyendo dentro de éste artículo me hicieron llegar a la comprensión de que ‘ok, tengo que parar la mente y así todos mis problemas/todos los problemas y mis experiencias desaparecerán, y todo en lo que me he definido a mí mismo dentro de este mundo y así ya no seré de la mente, ya no estaré definido por la mente, ya no seguiré mi existencia como la mente – no tendré que tener tales experiencias de tristeza, de dolor, de miedo’.
i forgive myself that i have never accepted and allowed myself to take responsibility for myself as the creator of my memories by accepting and defining myself within and as the idea and belief that i need my memories to be myself, and by not seeing, realizing and understanding that what i actually want and 'need' is the positive feeling energy that i have connected with my so-called 'memories'
