ويُطلب من مقدم الطلب أو العميل تقديم رقمه المدون في سجل دافعي الضرائب الاتحادية ونسخة من رقم البطاقة الضريبية تُضاهى بالأصل.

the contractor has produced evidence of perrnanen establishment, such as its registration document wit-, the public revenues and taxes department or a tax card within 15 days of the dc ,e of this contract; and

وأضافت المحكمة أن سكوت المشتري أو سكونه المزعوم لا يمكن أن يكون مناسباً لإبرام العقد بموجب المادتين 18 و19 من اتفاقية البيع، ومما يُعزز هذا أيضاً أن المشتري، بعد استلام العرض المقابل، طُلب إليه اتخاذ إجراءين إضافيين، هما الاتصال بشركة التأمين الائتماني وتقديم رقم بطاقة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
the court added that the alleged silence or inactivity of the buyer could not be relevant for the conclusion of the contract under articles 18 and 19 cisg, and even more so since, after receiving the counter-offer, the buyer was requested to perform additional actions, i.e. to contact the credit insurance and to provide the vat identification number.
