approval of the terms of merger

fusionsförslaget skall innehålla följande uppgifter:
the draft terms of merger shall include the following particulars:

a) det i artikel 22 nämnda fusionsförslaget.

de fusionerande bolagen får ta med ytterligare uppgifter i fusionsförslaget.

publication of the draft terms of merger in the national gazette shall, however, include the following particulars for each of the merging cooperatives:
